EM3 has grown over time to include Leadership Services, Organizational Development Support, Catered Research Administration Webinars and Events. Eugene has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Innovation and has over a decade of experience serving research programs in different capacities. Eugene believes in a balanced approach to leadership where coherent leadership meets human needs to propel organizational mission. This approach is woven into the fabric that is EM3 and you will feel it in any of their services. Eugene embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and leads to serve in all endeavors. Outside of work, you can usually find Eugene either in some form of handstand, listening to leadership/business podcasts or spending time with his family.
