Eugene Matullo, Founder EM3 - is a nationally recognized leader in animal research compliance, with over a decade of experience building and managing high-performing regulatory programs at major research institutions. His areas of operational support include IACUC, biosafety, radiation safety, drone operations, and ESCRO.
As the founder of EM3 Consulting, Eugene is also the visionary behind the ARC Seminar Series, the ARC Summit, and the Evolutionary Leadership Mentorship Program - each designed to elevate the professional community through education, innovation, and strategic support. Known for his human-centric, systems-minded approach, Eugene helps institutions cultivate cultures of care while maintaining regulatory excellence.
He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from the University of Colorado and a Leadership Certification from Brown University. Eugene continues to drive meaningful change in research through thought leadership, community-building, and meaningful compliance solutions.
